Our drinks are in the Gourmet Agenda 2021

Our non-alcoholic drinks are lucky! Sebastian Simon, author of the gastronomic blog Gourmet Like Me, has republished this gastronomic agenda, so unique and different that this year raises funds for the Aladina Foundation. And it is not the only novelty, we are happy to announce that, in this edition, the Gourmet Agenda recommends four of our non-alcoholic drinks.

The 2021 agenda is full of delicious content and, it is also for charitable purposes. “With this agenda, good customs and social conscience return,” says chef Begoña Rodrigo, who has already supported the initiative in previous editions. As in previous years, this work has the support of the best chefs in the country such as Martín Berasategui, Elena Arzak, Susi Díaz, Diego Guerrero, Mario Sandoval, Paco Roncero, Rodrigo de la Calle and Paco Morales, and will donate the 50% of the profits to the Aladina Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive support to children, adolescents and relatives of cancer patients.

Pairing, also with non-alcoholic drinks

For the first time in this prestigious publication, one of our alcohol-free drinks has been included as a recommendation. The chef Sebastian Simon highlights our Lyre’s Dry London Non-Alcoholic Gin as a must-have drink that every gourmet should try at least once in their lifetime.

Among the novelties of this year stands out the increase in the number of recipes to a total of 40, each of them is harmonized with a pairing lesson so that each dish can be accompanied by the most appropriate drink. Thus, in this edition, in addition to finding delicious recipes paired with the best alcoholic beverages, the author has included 3 of our non-alcoholic drinks to pair the striking recipes in the book. He has chosen the Natureo Rosé wine (Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon) to pair the zero-waste recipe of Carrot Gnocchi with pesto and egg at 65ºC; the non-alcoholic craft beer Nirvana Bavarian Helles Lager to accompany crispy baked avocados with tuna tartare; and for dessert, an original cheesecake of goat cheese and red wine with the semi-dry non-alcoholic Noughty organic sparkling wine. This is inclusion and non-discrimination!

“With this agenda, good customs and social conscience return”

At The Blue Dolphin Store we are proud to have contributed our bit to make the Gourmet Solidarity Agenda come true for the third consecutive year in such a difficult year for entrepreneurship in the gastronomic sector.

The Gourmet Agenda 2021 is available at gourmetlikeme.com and all digital bookstores from October 19 at a price of only € 12.00. At the moment, the physical distribution is not confirmed due to the health situation.

A great solidarity initiative. Do not miss it and buy the Agenda here.
