It is a white wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, a red with Merlot grapes, and a sparkling “cava brut”; the first dealcoholized cava brut.

The cultivation process is carried out in a traditional way, in which no mineral fertilizers or synthetic plant protection products are used.
