Description
This organic alcohol-free sparkling wine, semi-dry, is light and fresh. It is made 100% with organic Chardonnay grapes.
Noughty is made made with grapes from vineyards located in the south of Spain after traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.
Serving Recommendation
Mineral with fine bubbles, Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay will pair well with hard cheese like Comté or Parmesan. It will pair equally well with soft cheese such as Brie, or goats cheese where the textures simply bring out the best in one another. When it comes to seafood, it is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish like crab, lobster, shrimp, and mussels. Pairing the alcohol-free wine Noughty with foods that are creamy, light, and simply seasoned are going to be the best way to complement our wine.
