Description
Non-alcoholic white wine made 100% with Verdejo grape variety. Alcohol removal with the Spinning Cone Column and controlled fermentation at 15ºC in stainless- steel tanks. Aldea 0,0 produces all varieties of non-alcoholic wine; white, red and pink. In addition, it has two non-alcoholic sparkling wines, the white and the rosé.
Serving Recommendation
Best serve between 4º and 6 ºC. Perfect to pair with Mediterranean type foods.
