Oddbird Low Intervention Organic White nº2 is a 100% organic non-alcoholic white wine from northern Alsace in France. This organic alcohol-free wine has a unique terroir with a lot of minerality and a totally natural winemaking process. The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand.

Tasting Notes
This non-alcoholic white wine is made with Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling, creating citrus tones, sweet fruits, honey, spices and cardamom with high acidity. Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is a floral and fruity non-alcoholic wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Matured for 12 months before being gently freed from the alcohol.
