Corona Cero – Non-Alcoholic Beer

Corona Cero is the quintessential non-alcoholic Mexican beer. It has a straw color with a slight haze. Carbonation consists of small, tight bubbles that create a ring of foam around the rim of the glass. Aroma is basic: clean and simple, no hop aroma, lots of light malt and a bit of honey. In the mouth, the bubbles are intense and cut through a syrupy texture, which is not common for a pale lager.

Overall, the flavors of this non-alcoholic beer are light, clouded by a hint of sweet corn. Otherwise, they are subtle and honeyed malts. The bitterness is high and is most noticeable for the lack of other flavors.
