Delicious non-alcoholic white wine that results from a very careful dealcoholization. Disfrutando 0,0 is made by Bodegas Juan Gil with 100% of the Verdejo variety. Its only objective: to obtain a quality white that maintains the original character of the wine from which it comes. Vinification, dealcoholization and subsequent storage in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature until bottling.
Serving Recommendation
This alcohol-free wine is ideal to accompany fish, seafood, salads, pastas, cheeses and rice. To enjoy all its flavor, it is recommended to consume at a temperature around 6ºC.
