Ingredients:
1 measure of Martini Floreale
2 measures of Lyre’s Dry London
2 pitted olives
1 lemon rind
Ice
Preparation:
- Cool all the elements that we are going to use, including the glass and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Put ice in the glass.
- Serve the Lyre’s Dry London.
- Add the Martini Floreale, being careful not to mix.
- Add the olives –picked on toothpicks– and stir for 15 seconds with a cocktail spoon.
- Squeeze the lemon peel over the glass and add it to the cocktail (or not, to your liking).
