To respect the integrity of the flavors and offer the healthiest sparkling wine possible, carefully selected organic wines undergo a manual de-alcoholisation process resulting in an alcohol content of 0.0%. The addition of the finest bubbles occurs gently at the end.

Serve very chilled (2 to 4ºC) in a champagne flute. To enjoy it differently, pour the Cuvée into a wine glass filled with ice, and add a slice of your favorite citrus fruit.
