ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is a tropical-inspired non-alcoholic rum. Caramel, vanilla and nutmeg are the familiar, rich and warm notes you can expect when enjoying ISH Caribbean Spiced.

It is made using a process called “Supercritical CO2 Extraction”, a technology in which carbon dioxide extracts the alcohol at 73 bars and 30°C. Extraction is done at low temperature to preserve the natural flavor profile. The non-alcoholic base is then enriched with vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, nutmeg from Indonesia, and baked apple, which together create the lush, complex flavor of a classic spiced liqueur. The process includes a special distillate that uses the shells of the chili seeds to provide a unique spicy touch.

ISH Caribbean Spiced is the perfect alcohol-free rum to enjoy with your favorite drinks such as Daiquiris, Cuba Libres, and Mojitos. It can also be added as an extra touch to your non-alcoholic cocktails, or you can use it together with other liquors, which will allow you to reduce your alcohol consumption.
