To make this alcohol-free spirit, Japan inspired the founders. Through some changes to their distillery, they were able to develop a novel method that uses steam to gently and, most importantly, authentically, extract the alcohol, but mantaining the full aroma of its botanicals, including lotus flower, yuzu lemon, sencha tea and, of course, juniper.
The result is this non-alcoholic distilled drink with high-quality botanicals, inspired by Japan.
