Description
The alcohol-free white wine made from Albariño grapes by Gallina de Punk, the brand created by David Seijas (ex-sommelier at elBulli). Neverwine was born to create concepts beyond the world of conventional wine. The result seeks to reach beyond known limits, rejecting norms, freeing itself from stigmas and making the established uncomfortable.
The dealcoholization process is carried out with GoLo technology, a novel alcohol reduction system with total recovery of the original flavor compounds of the wine, creating a product without any alcohol but maintaining the essence of the Albariño initially used.
Serving Recommendation
This alcohol-free wine is ideal for pairing with fish dishes, Japanese food or fresh cheeses. Serve between 7-10ºC.
