Description
The non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine Nooh by La Coste Sparkling Rosé is ultra-premium and part of the exclusive collection of wines and sparkling wines produced by La Coste in French Provence. It is a dynamic team driven by the spirit of innovation that began in 2023 and from which three magnificent dealcoholized wines have already been born. An alcohol-free rosé wine and two sparkling wines with a single promise: 100% wine, 0% alcohol.
The alcohol contained in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, that is, evaporation at a maximum temperature of 35-40°C, so as not to alter the wine and preserve all its aromas. Pressed and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Ageing occurs in thermoregulated tanks on fine lees to preserve the fruit and freshness and provide volume in the mouth.
