Description
Noughty Rosé, the new variety of premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Thomson & Scott. It is made from grapes from vineyards located in the south of Spain after a traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks for greater desalination by vacuum system with recovery of aromas and, later, is slightly carbonated.
Serving Recommendation
Noughty Sparkling Rosé is an excellent accompaniment to smoked salmon, shrimp, or creamy risotto as well as with highly spiced cuisine like Tajine, Sushi or Thai food. A piece of rich chocolate cake or a strawberry mousse works really well too as it’s a natural choice for a dessert wine.
