Description
Non-alcoholic red wine made 100% with grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety in the Maipo Valley (Chile) with aging of 20% of its content in French oak barrels for 4 months.
Sinzero is the first Chilean brand specialized in alcohol-free wines. To extract the alcohol, they use the Low-Pressure Distillation technique, which causes the wine to begin evaporating its alcohols at a low temperature but never reaches the boiling point. They use a system called a Rotating Cone Column.
Serving Recommendation
Perfect match with risottos, turkey, pasta, pizzas and stews. Serve fresh at 14ºC
