Red wine made 100% with grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety in the Maipo Valley (Chile) with aging of 20% of its content in French oak barrels for 4 months.
Sinzero is the first Chilean brand specialized in dealcoholized wines. To extract the alcohol, they use the Low Pressure Distillation technique which makes the wine begin to evaporate its alcohols at a low temperature but never reaches the boiling point. They use the system called Rotating Cone Column.
Perfect match with risottos, turkey, pasta, pizzas and stews. Serve fresh at 14ºC
