Non-alcoholic white wine made 100% with grapes of the Chardonnay variety produced in stainless steel tanks.
Sinzero is the first Chilean brand specialized in de-alcoholized wines. To extract the alcohol, they use the Low-Pressure Distillation technique, which causes the wine to begin evaporating its alcohols at a low temperature but never reaches the boiling point. They use a system called a Rotating Cone Column.
Serving Recommendation
Perfectly matches with appetizers, salads, soft fish and seafood. Serve cool between 10-12ºC
