Tasting Notes
It has the typical Riesling bright pale yellow color, with aromas of different varieties reminiscent of yellow fruits such as peach or apricot, accompanied by mineral notes – typical of sparkling wine – with a touch of brioche. This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is fresh and lively, with sparkling mousse and spicy, balanced and delicious acidity.
