This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is made with medium maceration and subsequent ethyl alcohol extraction using a sophisticated method of eliminating polyphenols from the best grapes under its patent. A molecular deconstruction of its elements, and the subsequent organic integration and organoleptic reconstruction of its components.
Bodega Win was created with the aim of producing non-alcoholic wines that meet the needs of consumers. Therefore, respecting the product as much as possible, they make non-alcoholic wines from wine from their vineyards located in two of the most renowned wine regions: Ribera del Duero and Rueda.
Serving Recommendation
Non-alcoholic white wine to pair with foie canapés, crepes filled with cream and fruit or a homemade tiramisu. It is always a good time to raise a glass of this sparkling wine and toast. Serve between 4 to 6ºC.
