Description
A non-alcoholic red vermouth aperitif made from de-alcoholized wine and stevia. Cabecita Loca has been making wines, aperitifs and liqueurs since 2014. Based in Huesca, they have a winery and vineyards in Montesa and in 2016, with the desire to explore other types of elaborations and wine-based products, they settled in Barbastro where, currently, they have the winery where they make wine-based products. Cabecita Loca is born.
It is an ideal drink for any moment and perfect as an aperitif; to enjoy with olives, mussels, clams, smoked fish, tuna,
salmon or anchovies. Serve between 8 and 10ºC.
