Bodegas Torres is a pioneer in incorporating the exclusive white Selma grape. Thanks to the dealcoholization process applied to Casals Zero, the product retains its original aromas and flavours. Thus, our consumers can enjoy an alcohol-free vermouth that preserves all the sensory richness of the original Casals. It is created to capitalise on the growing “NoLow” beverage movement.
