Undone No. 9 Red Torino Aperitif is a red non-alcoholic vermouth that offers the aroma and taste of an Italian red vermouth, with sweet and sour flavor of grapes, oranges and berries. This non-alcoholic red vermouth has a bitterness typical of Italian herbs complemented by notes of divine cinnamon and caramel.

Like the classic red vermouth, Undone No. 9 can also be enjoyed chilled or on the rocks. As a long drink, this non-alcoholic non-alcoholic vermouth works excellently as a classic "Americano": Mix it with Undone No. 7 and soda and you immediately get the Italian attitude to life.
