Description
Cero makes alcohol-free wines in California (United States). The alcohol is gently removed from the Cero wines by low pressure vacuum distillation. The flavours and aromas of the wine are not harmed as temperatures are only around 30 °C. So, by using very gentle methods, the alcohol is removed without affecting the quality or structure of the wine, and the fruity character remains intact. Contrary to many other alcohol free products that often contain a high level of added sugar, the Cero wines want to preserve the real taste of wine as much as possible. Partly to ensure the experience of drinking wine and partly to create a great alternative to the wines on the tables in any home.
Serving Recommendation
Cero Rosé can be enjoyed with starters and light meals or as a refreshing terrace wine on warm summer days – preferably in good company. This wine can be enjoyed without a bad conscience. As it is alcohol free, you don’t have to worry about limitations and you are still capable of driving home at night. Consume at 7ºC
