From the pubs of Richmond to the green mountains of Cantabria, the story of DouGall’s is the journey of Andrew Dougall, an Englishman in love with well-made beer. After discovering the power of American hops in the USA, he settled in Liérganes in 1997, where his passion for authentic beer led him to brew his own recipes in the absence of local options that would convince him. In 2006, next to a modest brewery brought from Wales, DouGall’s was officially born, with three classic styles that marked the beginning of a brewing adventure that broke with everything established in the Spanish scene.
Today, DouGall’s is one of the most recognised craft brewers in the country. With modern facilities, its own laboratory and a consolidated team, DouGall’s continues to brew “Fresh Beer” with an independent soul and a clear philosophy: honest, tasty beer without artifice.
