All French Bloom cuvées are made with 100% natural and organic ingredients. To respect the integrity of the flavours and offer the healthiest sparkling wine possible, carefully selected organic wines undergo a manual de-alcoholisation process resulting in an alcohol content of 0.0%. The addition of the finest bubbles occurs gently at the end.

Serve very cold (2-4 C°) in a flute glass. If you want to enjoy it differently, pour it into a wine glass filled with ice, garnish with raspberries, or a slice of strawberry.
