Description
A premium non-alcoholic red wine produced by J. Trautwein. The Trautwein family has been growing wine for four generations in Lonsheim, in the picturesque valley basin in south-central Rheinhessen.
They produce both alcoholic and alcohol-free wines from selected vineyards in exceptional locations, with sustainable viticulture, moderate harvests, controlled cellar aging, and, above all, time: all of this is reflected in J. Trautwein wines.
Their catalog of alcohol-free wines is the new alternative. Thanks to gentle vacuum rectification, they eliminate the alcohol at around 30°C. Base wines specially developed for dealcoholization guarantee the highest possible quality.
Serving Recommendation
The alcohol-free red wine Pinot Noir pairs wonderfully with hearty roasts, game, or even roasted duck breast with a cherry and red wine reduction.
