This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is made in France by Domaine Villa Noria using an innovative process of natural fermentation of organic grapes grown on their land, using a proprietary culture composed of indigenous yeasts and bacteria, without producing alcohol. This alcohol-free fermentation preserves the varietal identity and gives the product all the complexity and aromatic expression of traditional fermentation.
Serving Recommedations
Organic non-alcoholic sparkling wine to drink with festive dishes such as Butternut Cake or with desserts or cakes. Serve at 6-8ºC.
