Description
A full-bodied, fresh, and complex alcohol-free white wine. Natureo Chardonnay is made like a traditional wine: fermented for two weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), which preserves the varietal aromas. It then undergoes a gentle dealcoholization process, which preserves the wine’s character without compromising its flavor.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Catalan Mediterranean, where the temperate climate and marine influence provide balanced ripening. Serving Recommendation
The ideal accompaniment for fish such as salmon, rice dishes, turkey, chicken, pasta with creamy sauces, or salads with fruit such as mango or peach. Serve at 12 ºC.
