Noughty Rosé grapes are harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.
The result is a premium non-alcoholic wine that can be found in the most modern bars, restaurants and hotels in the world, such as The Mandarin Oriental, the Ritz Carlton or the Raffles.
Serving Recommendation
Ideal for savory appetizers, Asian dishes or simply for an elegant non-alcoholic toast. Perfect for all celebrations. Serve at 7°C.
