They dealcoholize at low temperatures using innovative technologies to eliminate alcohol, preserving the flavor, aroma and unique organoleptic properties of the wine. The non-alcoholic wine undergoes filtering and stabilization processes to guarantee its crystalline purity and stability. In this way, it retains all its properties until the bottle is opened.
