Authentic non-alcoholic whiskey, American-style. Undone Nº 3 American Blend undergoes a triple distillation process, infused with select botanicals and a vacuum dealcoholization system. This preserves aromas and flavors reminiscent of a single malt whiskey.
Undone replicates high-end spirits and creates premium alcohol-free spirits in copper stills. For the brand, the spirit of a spirit resides in the essence, not the alcohol. To capture this essence, they took the original products and disassembled them, extracting the alcoholic content. They then took the essence and reconstructed the aromas, adding flavors.
It has also received recognition at alternative beverage fairs and has been featured in specialized media for winning over discerning palates that champion the responsible “sip & smile” culture.
They are not satisfied with just one recipe: their catalog is constantly growing with varieties that imitate liqueurs and aperitifs, expanding the possibilities of non-alcoholic cocktails.
