Delicious non-alcoholic aperitif type Italian bitter Undone No. 7 Italan Bitter Aperitif. Like the famous alchemists, Undone believes that the spirit of a distillate lies in the essence and not in the alcohol. To capture this essence they have taken the original products and disassembled them by extracting the alcoholic content. They then take the essence and reconstruct the aromas by adding flavors.
Undone replicates spirits, such as gins or high-end rums distilled in copper stills. The rectification of these base liquids is processed at the lowest possible temperature to extract the maximum amount of flavor. This results in non-alcoholic beverages delicious.
As for the range of non-alcoholic liqueurs and aperitifs, like their alcoholic counterparts, an essence extracted from fermented grape juice is used. The difference is that in this case the fermentation process does not produce alcohol. They have taken the best from the world of spirits. They have simply taken the alcohol out of it.
