AFFRANCHI 0.0 is the first dealcoholized Vin de France from the Castillon terroir. This non-alcoholic French red wine is not defined by what it lacks, but by what it brings: total freedom without compromising on taste.
Made from 100% of the Merlot grapes for which its producers (MAUPERIER) are renowned, AFFRANCHI 0.0 benefits from traditional vinification followed by a high-precision dealcoholization process that preserves the wine’s aromas and structure. The result: an authentic taste experience with 0.0% alcohol.
Tasting Notes
This wine dazzles with a deep, brilliant garnet red color with ruby rim. On the nose, it is expressive and vibrant, revealing layers of ripe red fruits (strawberry and cherry) intertwined with luscious black fruits such as blackberry and black currant. On the palate, it opens with a lovely, suggestive attack, offering density and freshness. A finely polished tannic structure supports the wine, offering elegance and harmony. The finish is long and persistent, with aromatic notes of red fruits with hints of vanilla.
This wine is generous without complexes: a gourmet expression elaborated without concessions.
