Description
This non-alcoholic red wine Disfrutando 0.0 Red results from a very careful dealcoholization carried out by Bodegas Juan Gil. Its goal is to obtain a quality red that maintains the original character of the wine from which it comes. Vinification, dealcoholization and subsequent storage in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature until bottling.
Serving Recommendation
An alcohol-free wine which is perfect for eating with salads with a mild dressing, stews and stews, gelatinous meats, pasta, mushrooms, charcuterie, blue and white fish, soft and creamy cheeses, goat cheeses, white and red meats, roast lamb and pork. Consume between 15 and 18ºC.
