Description
Nooh by La Coste Sparkling Rosé is an ultra-premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine and part of the exclusive collection of wines and sparkling wines produced by La Coste in Provence, France. They are a dynamic team driven by the spirit of innovation that began in 2023 and from which four magnificent non-alcoholic wines have already been born. A white, a non-alcoholic rosé and two 0.0 sparkling wines with a single promise: 100% wine, 0% alcohol.
The alcohol contained in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, i.e. evaporation at a maximum temperature of 35-40°C, so as not to alter the wine and to preserve all its aromas. Pressed and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging is carried out in thermoregulated tanks on fine lees to preserve fruit and freshness and provide volume on the palate.

Ideal for gourmet pairings; Cold soup of zucchini and basil, Tian provenzal with fresh goat cheese, Pavlova of red fruits. Serve between 4 and 6°C.
