Description
Nº0 is the first dealcoholized white wine from Paco & Lola, the most innovative Galician winery. Made with Albariño grapes from the Val do Salnés subzone, in Rías Baixas.
The non-alcoholic wine Paco & Lola Nº0 has been totally de-alcoholized to 0.0% alcohol but maintains the varietal identity thanks to a technology that eliminates alcohol without applying high temperatures, by means of vacuum distillation. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC.
Serving Recommendations
Perfect with light dishes, fresh seafood and even Asian food. And if we get creative, this non-alcoholic Albariño also surprises in cocktail format: the 0.0 mojito made with Nº0 is a sophisticated and refreshing alternative for hot days. Serve at 4-6ºC
