Discover the delicious taste of Raisin 0% Sparkling Blush, a slightly pinkish alcohol-free sparkling wine. The mild climate and suitable soil conditions support the growth of these grapes, which are generally harvested in late autumn, when they have reached the ideal degree of ripeness. Harvesting is done by hand to select only the best.
After harvesting, gentle pressing is carried out. The grapes are lightly crushed to obtain the juice, which is then used for fermentation. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the aromas. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks, which gives the wine additional purity and freshness. For the sparkling wine, a second controlled fermentation and bottling is carried out. Long contact with the lees provides fine bubbles and more complex aromas that make the wine unique.
