Like the famous alchemists, Undone believes that the spirit of a distillate lies in the essence, not the alcohol. To capture this essence, they have taken the original products and disassembled them by extracting the alcoholic content. They then take the essence and reconstruct the aromas by adding flavors.
Undone is committed to a more conscious lifestyle. Founded in 2019 in Hamburg’s Schanzenviertel neighborhood, this brand was born from the experience of a team of bartenders, baristas, and urban music lovers who detected a major gap in the market: the lack of creative, non-alcoholic alternatives in bars and events. In the spirit of St. Pauli and its vibrant hip-hop scene, Undone began its journey and today offers an ever-expanding range of non-alcoholic spirits.
