Since its launch in 2019, Undone has been recognized at international beverage fairs, earning honorable mentions at the International Spirits Challenge. Its aesthetic, inspired by Hamburg’s urban culture, communicates dynamism and authenticity.
Its founders, professionals in the world of cocktails, created this recipe after years of testing. Their mission: to demonstrate that the pleasure of a great drink doesn’t depend on the alcohol content, but on the quality of its ingredients and the passion behind the project.
Undone also creates other types of non-alcoholic beverages, such as non-alcoholic spirits like gins and rums, using the original copper still distillation method. They believe that the spirit of a spirit resides in the essence, not the alcohol.
