Description
Non-alcoholic red wine made from 100% Grenache grapes by Gallina de Punk, the brand created by David Seijas (ex-sommelier of elBulli). Neverwine Red was born to create concepts beyond the conventional wine world. The result seeks to reach beyond the known limits, rejecting norms, freeing itself from stigmas and making the established uncomfortable.
The dealcoholization process is carried out with GoLo technology, a novel alcohol reduction system with total recovery of the original wine flavor compounds, creating a product without any alcohol but maintaining the essence of the albariño initially used.

This dealcoholized wine is perfect to drink with stews, game, and meat dishes.
