Win Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine, cava style. It is made from Verdejo, Viura and Sauvignon Blanc grapes at medium maceration. Winner of the silver medal at CINVE.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color. This non-alcoholic wine has light and persistent bubbles. On the nose, we find herbaceous and aniseed tones of fennel, typical of the Verdejo variety, between clear touches of green apple and citrus. It is an alcohol-free sparkling wine with medium acidity and a pleasant carbonated sensation.
